We mainly need to consider three things for a good healthy life.

  • Exercise
  • Sleep

The most important is the diet. A good healthy nutrient-rich diet is very necessary for a good healthy life.

Exercise is also very important for a good healthy life. Physical exercise also increases your overall well-being and increases stamina.

Sleep is very vital for a good healthy life. You should sleep at least seven hours a day.
